CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials authorized an agreement with LHB, INC. for professional engineering services to provide design services for the DTA Bus Stop Improvement Project in the amount of $94,628.00, payable from fund 411-035-5530; PI2025-2227 (permanent improvement, Capital Project Accounts, improvements other than buildings; 2025 Permanent Improvement Projects, Transit Amenities Citywide).

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering services to provide design services for the DTA Bus Stop Improvement Project in the amount of $94,628.00
This resolution authorizes an agreement with LHB Inc., for professional engineering design services for the DTA Bus Stop Improvement Project. This project is to improve the bus stops along streets city wide where the DTA has service. Because this project uses federal funds, we need additional design assistance and the selected consultant was LHB, Inc. The construction work is expected to be completed in 2028.
