RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND ANNUAL RENEWALS WITH GRANICUS, INC., FOR SOFTWARE AND MANAGED SERVICES

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement with annual renewals, substantially in the form of that attached as Exhibit A, with Granicus, Inc., for software and managed services. The amount for 2026 is $57,394.41, payable from fund 110-110-1101-5414 (general, legislative & executive, city council, other professional services). Renewal amounts are subject to an annual increase in accordance with the terms and conditions of the attached agreement.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes city staff to execute an agreement and ongoing annual renewals in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the agreement for software and managed services for the Granicus suite of legislative, meeting, boards and commissions and closed captioning software. The Granicus software is used for various records and management services for boards, commissions and city council activities. This is an annually budgeted expense.
