CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that in accordance with the provisions of Section 33-97 of the Duluth City Code, 1959, as amended, the following “No Parking” zone is hereby established:

 

Both sides of 24th Avenue West from West Michigan Street to West Skyline Parkway.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution codifies the existing “No Parking” zone that is currently signed on 24th Avenue West prior to part of the zone being resigned during an upcoming construction project. The resolution was discussed at the Duluth Parking Commission meeting held on January 9, 2026. The Parking Commission voted in favor of keeping the “No Parking” zones on 24th Avenue W.
