CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to amend agreement L31096 with LHB, Inc., for engineering services for construction administration for 2025 lead water service replacement projects and to increase the contract amount by $204,141.00 to $2,257,831.00 payable through the Water Utility Fund 510, Department 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements - Revenue); UtilB-2082, UtilB-2214; UtilB-2215;UtilB-2248; UtilB-2249, and reimbursable through Minnesota Public Facilities Authority.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L31096 with LHB, Inc. by the amount of $204,141.00. This amendment is necessary to continue construction management and inspection tasks which will overrun the number of hours estimated and set by the City in the request for proposals.
