CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an amendment to agreement L30603-01 with Irrigation Consulting Inc. for additional engineering services, for an increase of $10,161.09 and a new total amount not to exceed $126,991.09, payable from fund 503-400-RENO-5530-ENGRRENO-PHASE1 (golf, parks and recreation, Enger renovation, improvements other than buildings, Enger golf course renovation, Enger golf course renovation phase 1).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to agreement L30603-01 with Irrigation Consulting Inc. for an increase of $10,161.09. Additional construction administration services were needed to close out the project including a final on-site observation, coordinating contractor work, and final punch list items. Associated travel expenses and additional services requested during the bidding phase are also included.
The additional cost will be funded with a portion of prior year Golf Fund profits and a portion of the $5.5 million Council-authorized investment in the Phase I Enger Golf irrigation system replacement project.
