RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE EXISTING CIVIL SERVICE CLASSIFICATION OF UTILITY ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proposed amendments to the specifications for the existing civil service classification of utility accounts receivable specialist (attached as Exhibit B), which were approved by the civil service board on December 2, 2025, are approved. This classification shall remain subject to the city's collective bargaining agreement with its basic unit employees; and that pay range for said classification shall remain Range 132, pay rate of $66,666 to $81,275 per year.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The existing classification of utility accounts receivable specialist was revised to add standard template language and update duties to reflect the evolving work over time. There is no change in the pay range, which is Range 132, pay rate of $66,666 to $81,275 per year.
