CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement with MSA Professional Services, Inc., for engineering services for the construction observation of the 32nd Ave West Creek Watershed Stormwater Resiliency Improvements Project, City project no. 2069, for an amount not to exceed $117,720.00, payable from 535-500-1905-5533 (Stormwater Fund).

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: Due to current staffing demands and obligations for other City projects, consultant help will be utilized to perform construction observations for the 32nd Ave Creek Watershed Stormwater Resiliency Improvements Project. This project has received grant funds from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and the consultant fees will be used for matching fund requirements. MSA was the lowest responsible bidder of the two companies that responded.
