CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to enter into a contract with Max Gray Constriction Inc. for the construction of the City Hall-Attorneys and Clerks Office Remodel project in the amount of $210,500.00, payable from 450-030-5520-CP2024-2401B (Capital Improvements-Finance-Buildings & Structures-2024 Capital Improvement Projects, CIP Eligible Improvements (VFA-Asset Mgmt)).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a contract with Max Gray Constriction Inc. for the construction of the City Hall-Attorneys and Clerks Office Remodel project in the amount of $210,500.00.
The Purchasing Department issued an invitation to bid for the project on March 23, 2026 and received the four responses below. Max Gray Construction was the lowest responsible and responsive bid.
