CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement with MSA Professional Services, Inc. for design of the Pump Stations Power System Upgrade Project in the amount of $66,200, payable out of Water Infrastructure Surcharge fund 511, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2402.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes City officials to enter into a professional services agreement for design of the Pump Stations Power System Upgrade Project with MSA Professional Services, Inc., in the amount of $66,200. Due to the specialized nature of the project, the city requested the services of a consulting engineer. City staff believe MSA is the best qualified consultant for the project. The project will use budgeted capital funds payable from Water Infrastructure Surcharge fund 511, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2402.
