CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a second amendment to agreement no. 22879, substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A, with the Arrowhead Zoological Society, Inc. extending the term of the management and operating agreement for the Lake Superior Zoo through December 31, 2026.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to the management and operating agreement with the Arrowhead Zoological Society, Inc. to extend the term through December 31, 2026. This amendment aligns the term with the City’s fiscal year.
