RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH FOG HORN POP AND PERCOLATOR LLC FOR THE USE OF SPACE IN THE LIGHTHOUSE LOT FOR OPERATION OF A VENDING BUSINESS

RESOLVED, by the Duluth Economic Development Authority ("DEDA") that the proper DEDA officials are hereby authorized to enter into a License Agreement substantially in the form of that attached hereto, with Fog Horn Pop and Percolator, LLC (“Licensee”) for the use of space in the Lighthouse Lot in Canal Park for the operation of Licensee’s vending business at no cost to Licensee.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the execution of a license for the operation of the Fog Horn Pop and Percolator business in the Lighthouse Lot in Canal Park. This will be the first year this business has operated in this location under a license from DEDA. Fog Horn Pop and Percolator will operate in this location from at least June to September. This resolution would authorize their continued operation through 2026.
