RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ACCESS AND SNOW REMOVAL AGREEMENT WITH THE DULUTH AIRPORT AUTHORITY.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute and implement a Access and Snow Removal Agreement with the Duluth Airport Authority, per the attached agreement, in which the agreement sets out the responsibilities of each party in relation to construction, maintenance and snow removal;
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with the Duluth Airport Authority for the construction, maintenance and plowing of airport areas under control and use by the airport.
