CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to increase the professional services agreement with AE2S for the Lakewood Filter Rehabilitation by the amount of $67,970, payable out of Water Infrastructure Surcharge fund 511, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2329.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes City officials to increase the professional services agreement for the Lakewood Filter Rehabilitation with AE2S by the amount of $67,970, for an amount not to exceed $454,529.00 to conduct additional comprehensive pilot study tasks as requested by the Minesota Department of Health. The original contract was awarded at $386,739. Due to a mathematical error, the first resolution stated the award at $386,559, a $180 difference. The construction will use budgeted capital funds payable from Water Infrastructure Surcharge fund 511, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2329.
