CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Insituform Technologies USA, LLC, for the 2026 CIPP Sanitary Sewer Lining Project - Citywide in the amount of $1,376,662.99, payable out of the Sanitary Fund 530, Department 500, Division 1930, Object 5533. Util City Project 2362.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize city officials to enter into a contract for the 2026 CIPP Sanitary Sewer Project scheduled for construction in 2026 with Insituform Technologies USA, LLC, in the amount of $1,376,662.99. Insituform was the lowest responsible bidder of the three companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $1,493,160.00. The working fund of this project is 530-500-1905-5533, UtilB-2362 - Utility Projects Budgeted, 2026 CIPP Sanitary Lining Project - Citywide, Util City Project no. 2362
