CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to contract with Stack Bros Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for the construction of Park Point Beach House Siding and Window Replacement for the amount of $241,000.00, payable from the following funds; 205-130-1220-5520 (parks fund, Community Resources, parks capital, buildings and structures).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a contract with Stack Bros Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for the construction of Park Point Beach House Siding and Window Replacement for the amount of $241,000.00.
This project consists of selective demolition and replacement of exterior building envelope components at the existing Park Point Beach House, including exterior siding, trim and associated materials; replacement of selected exterior windows; and installation of related water-resistive barriers, flashing, and accessories.
On June 15, 2026, the Purchasing Division issued an Invitation to Bid. Of the two bids received, Stack Bros Mechanical Contractors, Inc. were the lowest, responsive bidders, as detailed in Exhibit B.
