CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with H&R Construction for the 2026 Guardrail Repair project, City Project No. 2380, in the amount of $164,735.93, payable from fund 411-035-5530 (permanent improvement, Capital Projects Accounts, improvements other than buildings).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to enter into a contract for the 2026 Guardrail Repair Project with H&R Construction in the amount of $164,735.93.
H&R Construction provided a quote based on Minnesota State Contract No. 234381, Release G-205(5). The project will provide repairs of various guardrails around the City that have been damaged.
