RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS TO SUPPORT THE COORDINATION OF PERIODIC FOCUS GROUPS.

CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute and implement an agreement, substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit A, with the federal reserve bank of Minneapolis to support the coordination of periodic focus groups. Monies received under this agreement will be deposited in and paid from Fund 268 (workforce development), Agency 031 (grants division), Organization 6255 (general).

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to enter into an agreement with the federal reserve bank of Minneapolis to support coordination of periodic focus groups.  Activities covered under this agreement include recruiting participants, arranging meeting facilities, facilitating participant attendance, distributing participant incentives, providing related support, and reporting attendance results. The bank will pay coordination fees and reimburse participant incentive costs. Monies received under this agreement will be deposited in Fund 268 (workforce development), Agency 031 (grants division), Organization 6255 (general). This request is budgeted through Workforce Development grant funds and is operational in nature.
