CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract 31229 with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering services for design of the Lead Service Line Replacement - Denfeld project be amended to the design service in the attached amendment request that were not included in the scope of the original contract and to increase the contract amount by $25,666.50 to a new total of $388,256.50, payable from Water Fund 510, Department 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital, inc. deprec/debt svc.), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements-Revenue), city project no. 2322 (Lead Service Line Replacement - Denfeld) and reimbursable through an existing Minnesota Public Facilities Authority funding project order.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract 22759 with LHB, Inc. by an amount of $25,666.50. This amendment is necessary due to the change in scope of the original contract as detailed in the attached amendment request. City staff require assistance from LHB to perform design of the Lead Service Line Replacement -Denfeld project. Payable from Water Fund 510, Department 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital, inc. deprec/debt svc.), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements-Revenue), city project no. 2322 (Lead Service Line Replacement - Denfeld) and reimbursable through an existing Minnesota Public Facilities Authority funding project order.
