RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REOPENING OF CLOSED PORTION OF LINCOLN PARK DRIVE TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AS PART OF PARK RESTORATION EFFORTS.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to reopen the closed portion of Lincoln Park Drive to vehicular traffic, as depicted in exhibit 1 attached hereto;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that city council resolution 19-0293 authorizing the permanent closure of Lincoln Park Drive to vehicular traffic as part of park restoration efforts is hereby rescinded.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes reopening the lower end of Lincoln Park Drive to vehicular traffic.
