RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2018 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN BY ADDING THE GARFIELD SQUARE SITE WORK PROJECT AND REPROGRAMMING OF $50,000 CDBG PROGRAM FUNDS FOR THE PROJECT.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the city council hereby amends the 2018 annual action plan adopted by resolution 18-0078R and 18-0495R to add the Garfield Square Site Work (Housing) Project by Center City Housing Corporation to the Community Development Block Grant Program;
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to reprogram $50,000 from the 2014 and 2015 Community Development Block Grant Funds for the Garfield Square Site Work (Housing) Project, with changes to program year budgets as follows:
