RESOLVED, pursuant to the authority of Law of Minnesota, 1997, Chapter 231, Article 2, Section 53 the Duluth city council hereby determines to reassess the below-referenced properties for assessments previously cancelled by reason of tax forfeiture.

Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms the City's intention to reassess the prior canceled assessments against the properties. The properties have now been purchased through the St. Louis County's Land Department.
