RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE 2015 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN BY REMOVING THE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PROGRAM PROJECT AND REPROGRAMMING $77,428 IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FUNDS FOR THE DECKER DWELLINGS PROJECT.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the city council hereby authorizes amendment to the 2015 annual action plan adopted by resolution 15-0074R to remove the employment services program project by CHUM from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to reprogram $77,428 from the 2015 and 2018 CDBG program funds for the Decker Dwellings Project with changes to the program year budget as follows:
