RESOLUTION REVOKING AND ESTABLISHING VARIOUS MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS.

CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the city of Duluth established the initial Municipal State Aid System of streets by resolution approved on October 28, 1957, under provisions of Minnesota Laws 1957, Chapter 943.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that it now appears that revisions to the Municipal State Aid System are necessary.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that portions of the streets described as follows be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets of the city of Duluth, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota:
Waseca Industrial Road from Raleigh Street to South 59th Avenue West
East First Street from 14th Avenue East to 24th Avenue East
East Second Street from 21st Avenue East to 24th Avenue East
FURTHER RESOLVED, that portions of the streets described as follows be, and hereby are, established as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Duluth, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota:
West Superior Street from 19th Avenue West to 22nd Avenue West
Eklund Avenue from Swan Lake Road to Maple Grove Road
First Avenue East from East Seventh Street to East Ninth Street
East Ninth Street from First Avenue East to Mesaba Avenue (TH 194)
Fourth Avenue East from East Superior Street to East Fourth Street
36th Avenue East from London Road (TH 61) to East Superior Street
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for consideration, and that upon his or her approval of the designation of said roads, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Duluth, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Streets.
